MY JOURNEY

Welcome to my website! I’m Erica N. Williams Benjamin, and I’m happy to have you here. As a Christian Speaker, Author, and Purity Coach, my mission is to empower women to live by faith, embrace purity, and pursue their God-given purpose.

My journey has been one of resilience and unwavering faith. From a very young age, I faced significant challenges that tested my identity and values. I experienced sexual molestation as a child, lost my father at the age of 11, and by my early teen years, I found myself compromising my Christian values for the sake of a relationship. These experiences could have easily led me down a path of despair and a half-hearted commitment to God. But instead, they fueled my determination to break the cycle and stand firm in my faith.

In 2011, I made a pivotal decision to rededicate my life to Christ. This was a transformative moment for me, setting me on a path to become the woman God predestined me to be. Since then, I have dedicated myself to helping other women navigate their own faith journeys with confidence and purpose.

I founded Journey to Purity®, a ministry devoted to providing resources and community support to women seeking to grow spiritually and personally. Through Journey to Purity®, I aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where women can embrace their faith, commit to purity, and pursue the unique purposes God has for their lives.

My academic background includes a Masters in Public Administration, and I am currently pursuing a Certificate in Christian Ministry. This educational journey has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to effectively mentor and guide others in their spiritual and personal growth. Additionally, I am honored to be a YouVersion content partner, contributing valuable resources that reach a global audience seeking spiritual enrichment.

In my personal life, I am blessed to be the wife of my wonderful husband, Ben, and the mother of our beloved son, affectionately known as “Junior.”  We also have a furry family member, Tucker, who is our adorable toy poodle. These roles are the foundation of my life and provide me with daily inspiration and joy.
